His global reputation is founded on 35 years of leadership experience, culminating in his responsibility for 5 London Terminals, 2000 staff and a £1b budget.

David Wilks

David has over 36 years’ experience working within the railway industry, having held a number of senior engineering, management and leadership roles. He possesses extensive experience in asset management, infrastructure maintenance, railway operations and strategic and change management programmes.  He has a proven track record of getting results by developing teams and introducing major change programmes effectively and within demanding time-scales. 

Chris Baines

Chris is an established executive who has operated at a senior level within a number of public and private sector organisations. He is committed to achieving a high level of client satisfaction with each project he undertakes. He possesses an expert level of knowledge in the Rail, Construction and Utilities sectors.

Mark Gore

An established, senior executive with proven expertise in strategic planning, change management and collaborative leadership gained as Commander and Chief of the Metropolitan Police and as the Head of National Transport Coordination Centre London 2012 Games. Responsible for the management of major critical incidents across London and the operational command for both planned and unplanned events.

Bob Hazel

Now delivering major project reviews and investigations, Bob is an industry respected railway infrastructure engineer with 40 years’ experience of asset management including expertise in track and infrastructure maintenance as well as track design and track renewals. With an extensive career in UK rail, he has evolved and been a part of the evolution of the network.

Richard Fisher

Richard is an entrepreneurial transport professional with a diverse background in operational and commercial management. He has a broad range of experience in rail transport strategic development, providing a breadth of quality advice to clients in areas such as New Railway Specification, Franchise Specification, Investment Project Business Case Development, Franchise Bidding, Bid Evaluation and Mobilisation, Programme Management, Commercial, Contractual and Regulatory Advice, and Performance Improvement.

David has successfully been involved in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at a senior strategic level within many international blue chip manufacturing companies, having operated in the UK, Europe and the USA. For many years he has been developing his enthusiastic and motivational approach to bring modern procurement process changes.

Mike Carr

Mike is a professional, solutions focused senior railway operations and health & safety executive. With a successful track record in the leadership and implementation of strategic health, safety and operational policies, processes and standards, he mitigates risks and maximises performance within large- scale organisations. He is recognised across the industry for being highly proactive in all areas related to railway safety and operations, with the drive to implement systems and change programmes in a regulatory environment. He is highly adept in identifying railway operational risk and developing strategic solutions to reduce business exposure.

Mark Whitaker

Mark is a senior commercial and operations professional with considerable experience at strategic and operational levels. His career history is testament to the fact that he is an expert in risk, crisis and incident management, with experience of major project leadership in both public and private sectors. As a specialist within the logistics, high-threat bomb disposal, and technical project management segments of the Army for 20 years, he served his country for many years in high threat level environments.

Richard George

Richard is an extremely experienced business professional, taking on Managing Director, Major Project Director and Plc Main Board roles in the Transport and Engineering Sectors. Currently Non-executive Chair of DOHL, he has previously taken on responsibility for the management direction and profitability for the Interfleet Group of companies, which included over 1000 staff members worldwide. Richard was responsible to LOCOG and the IOC for the co-ordinated delivery of all aspects of Games Time Transport for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in London 2012.

Peter Dearman

Peter Dearman CEng FPWI FIET is a highly qualified Electrical and Mechanical Rail Engineer with a background in traction electrification. He began his career at British Rail in 1970 and now has extensive experience in rail engineering and operations. Peter has held senior and varied roles within British Rail, Railtrack and Network Rail and with private sector contractors and consultancies. He was responsible for defining the engineering framework and strategic development of the 2009 UK Network Electrification Programme and has been instrumental in the delivery of electric traction projects in the UK, France, Denmark, New Zealand and Dubai.

Venkata Kaladhar

Venkata has over 15 years' experience as a software tester and senior test analyst, having worked across a broad range of projects. He is experienced in a wide spectrum of testing including, but not exclusively, mobile, cloud based, AWS and Azure systems, testing of Asset management systems including Ellipse and IBM Maximo. He has extensive experience working on large scale integration projects and working in agile scrum environments. His proven understanding of database design of Oracle E-business applications, including Warehouse Management, Inventory, Procurement, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger and Oracle Workflow as well as his excellent knowledge and testing of numerous systems make him a valuable asset to any software project or development team.
