Project Managers

Due to exciting new opportunity we are now seeking a Project Manager to join our thriving team. We are looking to recruit an energetic, dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the flexibility to travel between various locations across the UK, and will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, working collaboratively on the mobilisation of a new venture. 

We're looking for:

  • Energetic, self-motivated individuals with proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to proactively manage all aspects of project control and project delivery

  • Confident individuals who work well on their own initiative but also enjoy being part of a multi-disciplinary team.

  • Experience in the development of project reporting processes and systems

  • Experience in worksite management is desirable

  • The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders is essential

  • Strong leadership skills

  • A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, processes and procedures

  • Able to work under pressure to meet timescales



  • Educated to Degree level / HNC or equivalent

  • Industry knowledge gained in transport, construction or manufacturing

  • Excellent communication skills and with high levels of attention to detail

  • IT literate

Site Access Controllers

tusp are expanding our portfolio and moving into Site Controls, meaning we have a number of opportunities to join this new and rapidly expanding team. In particular, we are looking for Site Access Controllers.


We're looking for:

• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Good report writing skills.
• Communicate with the emergency services in the case of an accident.
