As per our Flu, Contagion and Pandemic Policy in our Health and Safety Policy, we have undertaken every precaution and action necessary to keep all of our staff and consultants safe and protected during the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes making changes to working arrangements and transitioning to remote working, utilising Microsoft Teams to maintain effective communication and ensure our usual operations and services are uninterrupted. We have also made adjustments to our office to make it safe and compliant with COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing, moving our desks so they are at a safe distance from each other, limiting the number of people in communal areas at any one time, and providing clear signage to indicate hand sanitiser stations and show effective hand washing. The office constantly has stocks of masks, gloves and hand sanitiser for staff to use. We have also ensured that our consultants working around the UK are safe and supported on their projects.
Employee Assistance Programme
The pandemic has been a difficult time for everyone, so we have enrolled in the Employee Assistance Programme because our team’s mental health and wellbeing is equally as important as their physical health. The programme offers confidential support, counselling and advice on a wide range of issues, including legal, financial, emotional, family, work, relationships and addictions. The programme has a 24/7 freephone number that our staff and their immediate family members over the age of 16 can use.
