Our Story
tusp started in 2000 as the brainchild of two people who shared a vision for creating success; it continues as a venture of a growing number of people who share it. The vision is simple: bring order to where there is chaos and create success.
Originally operating in the programme and project management spheres, we have gradually broadened our horizons to include project controls, change management, leadership coaching and process improvement. Our growth into these areas has been organic, directed by our client’s needs.
We have worked in a wide variety of sectors, bringing to each project years of accumulated knowledge, and our own framework for delivery of projects successfully, on time and within budget.
Our vision continues to be as strong now as it was when the company was established, we believe that hard work and determination will bring success to both tusp and more importantly our clients.
