As a Project Manager, you will lead the team through effective management of work assignments, mentoring of staff, support and technical quality assurance.

To be successful, you must have experience of working on the Client side and have experience of multi-disciplinary projects;.

Deliverables / Accountabilities;

•Development and control of staff, establishing and maintaining a highly
motivated and dedicated project management team;
•Co-coordinating all project teams, contractors and consultants to ensure
projects are delivered to, quality, cost and time.
•Ensure the implementation of all Health & Safety procedures for each project
•Successful track record of managing major projects
•Extensive project management experience at a senior level
•Experience of managing major signaling schemes from tender stage through to delivery
•Chartered Engineer with Project Management qualifications
•Signaling focused, with a good multidisciplinary understanding
•Cost management of large projects
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

•A specialist with proven Project Management/Contracting experience within the Rail
•To have obtained recognised qualifications within a relevant field of expertise; e.g. Honours Degree, HND, HNC or similar
•Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills.
•Experienced in implementing and maintaining Health and Safety procedures
•Technically conversant with all relevant industry standards, specifications and practices
•Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel
