Key Deliverables: The Client required tusp to facilitate and co-ordinate a workshop aimed at driving the Client’s cost and value work stream, for a particular high-profile project, enabling cost benefits to be realised, captured and actioned to drive the required efficiencies. The project had an approximate overspend of £20 m and tusp’s experienced consultants were tasked with driving out cost reduction plans and produce polished cost and value improvement Strategy Document for the team to take forward.
