tusp Toolkit
Since tusp formation in 2000, we have developed our own comprehensive Consultant Toolkit. The Toolkit allows us to use proven tools and techniques on our client assignments.
The use of a Toolkit during our assignments will be used in the following ways:-
Initiate - We will setup the engagement, establish the team and make certain that all parties are pulling in the same direction; to ensure that the focus will be on successful outcome.
Define- During the Define Phase we aim to frame the problem and reduce what may be a complex problem into its component elements.
Design - This Phase is about how we solve the problem. We will work with you and the team to design a solution that will achieve the objectives. Structuring our thinking in this way ensures that we have a platform to deliver a full and complete solution.
Implement - Having agreed the best solution we will work with you to ensure that it is implemented in such a way that the end product meets the business, time and cost objectives.
Embed - Once the solution is embedded, we will transition the management of the solution to your business as usual (BAU) teams ensuring that they are fully able to manage, control and further enhance it.
